From disability to superability? New tools that lower barriers.

A currently very strong Swedish labour market has made it increasingly difficult for Swedish employers to find the competence they need. The strong labour market has unfortunately had little or no impact on job opportunities for jobseekers with disabilities. Finding and keeping a job for people with disabilities is still hard. Can the use of new technology be the answer Arbetsförmedlingen, the Swedish Public Employment Service, is looking for?

Oskar Jonsson works at the Swedish Public Employment Service Digital Innovation Centre, as part of an interagency collaboration with the Agency for Participation. He has a special interest in cognition, technology, and full participation for all.
